Return Policy

All products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. To return a product follow these simple steps:

• Use the form on our Contact Page and in the message box type RETURN.

• Include in the message your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

• We will contact you to provide a return authorization number and you can ship the item back postage paid for a full refund.

Please note:

• We do not refund shipping and handling costs.

• Physically damaged items cannot be returned.  If you send back a physically damaged product the item will not be returned to you and your account will not be credited with your refund amount.

• All refunds will be credited back to the credit card they were purchased on originally.

• Please include the original packaging, although we understand packaging may be damaged when unpacking and damaged packaging will not affect your refund.
